WHAT PRINTING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We absolutely love letterpress printing and flat/digital printing, but also offer other methods such as foil stamping, foil printing, and thermography.

A variety of services and products are available at Love, Ashley. We provide just about any paper goods or stationery for weddings, and also stationery for babies, everyday greetings and prints, business stationery, websites and pretty much anything that can be dreamt up.
DO I NEED TO LIVE IN THE HOUSTON AREA FOR US TO WORK TOGETHER?
No. we work with clients from all over! You may have additional questions, or just prefer to speak to an actual human, in which case we can set up a time to chat on the phone or over Google Hangouts. Most of our customers simply find all their answers via email and in our helpful documents.
I’M IN A RUSH – CAN YOU HELP?
We will do our best to accommodate rush orders, but only if time allows. There is an additional charge for quick turnarounds, as our standard timeline for an invitation suite is 4-6 weeks. Send us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
CAN I SEE AN ACTUAL SAMPLE OF MY INVITATION BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes! A hard-copy, printed sample of your invitation or stationery can be ordered for a small fee before printing your full order.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
There are many various color and textured options but our preference is 19pt Savoy which is a little softer and thicker than your normal 130 lb. white card stock. It has a little texture but depending on the scope of the project the sky really is the limit and we love all things paper so let’s figure that out together.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
The great thing about Love, Ashley is we require only a minimum of 25 invitations or day-of pieces such as programs or menus. We also sell in multiples of 5, so you aren’t ordering way more than you truly need. Contact us for a quote today!
I HAVE A DESIGN FILE, CAN YOU PRINT IT FOR ME?
Unfortunately we do not accept outside art files.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within a few hours of placing your order. The quality of our paper goods is extremely important to us and will be inspected prior to shipment to insure it meets our quality standard. However, should you need to make any returns or exchanges, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
